Shipping Coverage
CanaKasa currently ships within the United States. During this initial launch phase, certain destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or military addresses may not be supported or may require separate shipping rates depending on fulfillment availability.
CanaKasa does not currently offer direct international shipping. Orders using freight forwarders, package redirection services, or third-party forwarding addresses may be canceled and refunded if CanaKasa determines that the order presents an elevated risk of loss, damage, or unverifiable delivery.
Shipping Rates
CanaKasa offers Free Standard Shipping on orders of $99 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. For orders below the free-shipping threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and shipping method.
Processing and Delivery Time
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the order is handed to the carrier, depending on destination and carrier service.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. During peak seasons, processing and response times may be longer than usual.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or prepared for shipment. Once an order has been released to the warehouse or carrier, CanaKasa cannot guarantee cancellation or order changes.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a product arrives damaged or appears to have been affected during shipping, customers should contact CanaKasa within 15 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and box condition upon arrival.
