Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing CanaKasa! We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our premium teak cutting boards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your cutting board must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • We pack our heavy-duty teak boards with extra care. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect it immediately upon arrival.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nahebllc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Natural Variations (Non-Returnable Reasons)

  • Please note that since our boards are crafted from 100% natural authentic Teak wood, slight variations in wood grain, unique patterns, and color gradients are completely normal and expected. These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at nahebllc@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
