Cancellation Policy

At CanaKasa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we strive to process and ship your premium teak cutting boards as quickly as possible, there is a limited window to cancel or modify an order.

Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Window

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, or at any time before the order status changes to "Shipped".
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you will need to follow our standard Return Policy once the package arrives at your address.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order Number via:

Note: We highly recommend emailing us as soon as possible. Our system processes orders automatically, and we cannot guarantee cancellation if the request is made outside of business hours or after the 2-hour window.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successful and processed before shipping, a full refund will be issued immediately back to your original method of payment.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, the refund transaction may take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address, update your email, or change the quantity/size of the cutting board you ordered, please contact us within the same 2-hour window. Once the order is sent to our logistics team at the warehouse, no modifications can be made.
